is a tax-exempt non-profit organization

 

While our IRS paperwork to become a 501 (c)(3) organization is being processed—which may take up to a year—the Northeastern Wyoming Economic Development Foundation has graciously allowed us to operate under their umbrella. This arrangement allows us to accept tax-exempt contributions from supporters.
